As an organisation we ended 2022 with a wonderful event and Inspire Awards ceremony on 15 December to celebrate our GP Care Group workforce who have done amazing work throughout the year.
The event was our first in-person annual celebration in two years, and 250 employees attended the occasion. With recent unpresented times employees took the opportunity to reconnect with, and make new connections, with team members from our service areas that they may only have seen virtually.
Following a minute’s silence to honour colleagues who we sadly lost during 2022 and the pandemic, the awards proper kicked off, giving an opportunity to celebrate nominees and winners in our employee recognition event, in what has been another challenging year for healthcare. An impressive 172 individuals and teams made such good impressions on their teams, that they earned a nomination.
