To answer frequent questions about the COVID-19 vaccine, a new chatbot has been launched by East London HCP for people living north east London. The chatbot answers vaccine questions on topics such as having the two doses, priority groups, and vaccination centres in north east London. This is proving a valuable source of information and in the first week of being live, East London HCP has had over 150 conversations.
