The Care Group is offering special, face-to-face drop-in sessions for parents to discuss how to adopt healthier lifestyles for parents with primary school-age children. The team can provide support around physical and emotional health, diet and exercise.
Zikra Khan, Community Child Healthy Weight Advisor, said: “We know parents and carers often have many questions and concerns about healthy lifestyles for their children, and any support and guidance can go a long way.
“That’s why we have our regular Healthy Lifestyle Drop-in Sessions in Tower Hamlets, so residents can discuss any topics related to their child’s health, be that growth, nutrition, physical activity, emotional health, oral health, and more! So, why not drop-in to one of our sessions near you and have a chat with our friendly and approachable team.”
