The Making Every Contact Count training programme is tailored to frontline workers across Tower Hamlets. It equips them with essential skills to initiate meaningful health and wellbeing conversations with residents.

In addition to the Vital 5, a dedicated module addressing loneliness and isolation is breaking new ground. Highlights of the training programme include interactive workshops, bespoke modules on loneliness and isolation and a resource hub packed with education and support materials.
