Muslim women in Tower Hamlets, are you in search of a safe space where you can openly express your needs and concerns? If yes to the above, join Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge’s (MITHN’s) Sakinah Muslim Support Group.
MITHN’s model of reach, access and engagement allows women who haven’t accessed mental health services to raise their voices about what matters to them the most.
MITHN works through a mosque where participants can share and learn from each other about mental health and wellbeing; and co-produce their own faith-based wellbeing toolkit.
MITHN wants to hear Muslim women’s voices and needs, so it can work together towards individual and social change.
