Did you know that Healthwatch Tower Hamlets is the local health and social care champion? This means that everyone who uses health serviceshas the opportunity toprovide feedback on their health experiences. These services range from GP Practices, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies, care homes or other support services.
Healthwatch Tower Hamlets aims to make sure the NHS, social care and other leaders and decision makers listen to your feedback and improve standards of care. As of 1 April, Healthwatch Tower Hamlets changed its provider to Your Voice in Health and Social Care, but this doesn’t affect feedback you have given in the past or will give in future.
