Take up the DrinkCoach January Challenge and see the change

The DrinkCoach challenge will support you to break harmful drinking habits and improve your health.

Many people struggle with alcohol issues during the winter months – and now DrinkCoach is here to help. 

The DrinkCoach Winter Challenge is made up of three harm reduction challenges as alternatives to Dry January. 

Each challenge is designed to motivate people to make a positive change to their drinking habits.

  • Challenge 1: Glass half full - encourages people to halve the amount of alcohol they drink. 
  • Challenge 2: Wine free Weekdays (Tuesday and Wednesday) - aimed at people to reduce by focusing on the benefits of alcohol-free days.
  • Challenge 3: Social sips - this challenge is to encourage people to only drink when they are out socially, as people tend to overpour when they’re alone.

It's a great way to track the units and calories that you're drinking, set goals for yourself (and get reminders of them), and watch videos that may help you manage alcohol cravings when they come along."
