On Thursday 29 September, Tower Hamlets Together (THT) hosted its first ever ‘virtual’ staff Integrated Care Awards, celebrating the fantastic work undertaken by staff over the past two years in the partnership and integration space.
The GP Care Group’s Dr Emma Radcliffe was the winner of the Visionary Award for Collaborative Leadership category.
Nominator Dr Phillip Bennett-Richard said: “Emma has been instrumental in driving the raising of awareness in ‘Green Primary Care’ in Tower Hamlets and wider East London, working to push forwards the Net Zero position.”
More than 80 nominations were made by staff recognising the work carried out by colleagues, teams and services, highlighting their contributions and dedication in delivering better health and wellbeing in Tower Hamlets through partnership across its six organisations (East London Foundation Trust, Bart Health NHS Trust, Tower Hamlets Council for Voluntary Service, GP Care Group, London Borough of Tower Hamlets and North East London Integrated Care Board).
There were six award categories with winners and highly commended. Congratulations to the winners and all those who were nominated.
