Following a successful procurement process, Tower Hamlets GP Care Group is delighted to have been awarded the contract to provide the borough's School Nursing Service.
The service provides essential specialist nursing care, advice and support to school-age children and young people.
This development offers an exciting opportunity to grow and fully integrate 0-19 service provision in Tower Hamlets, cementing our aims of better joint working and improving outcomes for local children and young people.
