Tower Hamlets Together (THT) is a partnership of seven local health and social care organisations dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of Tower Hamlets residents. The partnership includes GP Care Group, Tower Hamlets Council, Barts Health NHS Trust, East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT), GP Care Group, Healthwatch Tower Hamlets, NHS North East London, and Tower Hamlets Council for Voluntary Services (THCVS).
The partnership aims to work collaboratively and provide a seamless health and care experience. As a partner, we want to reduce duplication of work and improve health outcomes for all our residents.
The partnership offers a wide range of services, with the Care Group supporting staff training, advocacy and interpreting services, community health services. Find out about the full range of services we offer.
Tower Hamlets Together has released its first information pack which includes a summary of the Care Group’s work and how we’ve worked together with other partners. It also highlights the importance of community involvement and feedback to shape and improve services across the partnership.
